Autel MD802 Elite Not recognising vehicle

      Hello,

    hope you can help me, i have just purchased the MD802, I have connected it to a Mercedes Viano W639 Sprinter, when i enter the Vin No manually it still doesn't recognise it.
    does the unit need an upgrade already?

     Ok, thank you Support for not much support! I manage to work it out for myself, I would like to add that the MD802 is the Shizzle! worth every penny.
    Needs some patience but worth working with it, managed to locate 4 faults
